How does the Customer & Subscription Management System work?

All our mailing platforms use our unified Customer & Subscription Management System to keep track of mailing contacts and their interests. The system will keep track of customers’ preferences to ensure that they are alerted to information that will appeal to them.

Each individual is searchable by preference, sign-ups and memberships to user definable segments, enabling efficient customer management. The system can maintain separate lists for either public sign-ups or private listings for specialised mailings. An excellent way to stay on top of customer relationship management!

Our emailing systems also provide customers with self-service pages where contacts can update their details, un-subscribe, change their subject interests, mailings they are interested in and even specify regional preferences for events. This helps keep your contacts database clean and up-to-date alongside making sure your contacts are only receiving the mailings that they are interested in.

Customised to work with your workflows, data and systems

We keep track of all your mailing contacts details and can add custom fields based on our client’s needs. The system has importers and exporters which work with our client’s data formats with multiple modes for updating / replacing data to suit every scenario.

When a CRM system or another contacts data system is already in place, the system is adaptable and can integrate seamlessly to provide the additional functionality required by the mailing or events platform. In these instances the existing CRM will benefit from real-time updates made by customers as well as non-delivery data.

The Customer and Subscription Management System is intergraded into our PilotSend Email Marketing product, Event Management and Survey solutions. When more than one of our mailing products or services are integrated, then all systems will share the same customer data.
